Take the SGR Madaraka Express from Nairobi to Mombasa Terminus (about 5–6 hours). From the station, take a taxi or ride service to Likoni Ferry (~30 mins). Cross the Likoni Ferry on foot or with your car. Continue by taxi to Diani (about 30–45 mins).
Take a direct bus from Nairobi to Ukunda (the town next to Diani). The journey is long—10 to 12 hours—but budget-friendly. Self-drive on the Nairobi–Mombasa Road (A109), then take the Likoni Ferry to cross into South Coast, heading to Diani.
Fly from Nairobi (Wilson Airport or JKIA) to Ukunda Airstrip (approx. 1 hour). From Ukunda Airstrip, it's just a 10–15 minute drive to Diani.
